• Manage workforce, including hiring, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, including cage/vault for controlled substances.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and support regulatory compliance.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, inventory, and controlled substances.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely delivery, accurate order fulfillment, and proper packing.
• Address customer issues related to deliveries and orders.
• Monitor attendance, manage overtime, and perform physical inventories as scheduled.
