Job summary

TransPak is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced facility in Arizona. You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods while maintaining safety standards and high production efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehouse/inventory roles, 1-2 years people management, and strong teamwork. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred to support diverse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of warehouse and inventory related experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to build a high performing team.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish Desired.

What You’ll Be Doing

Essential Functions

• Warehouse Staff Supervision
• Responsible for hiring, training, managing performance and coaching team(s) in warehouse tasks to ensure work is performed to expectations for safety, quality and production deadlines. Set clear goals and maintain respectful accountability. Give feedback about performance to job expectations. Completes performance reviews and set salaries for team members.
• Manage time and attendance system and team member schedules for start/stop, meal and rest periods and time-off.
• Lead safe team member practices and efficient production standards processes.
• Keep update inventory and stock
• Coordinate an efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of our warehoused goods.
• Control, maintain supervise inventory.
• Supervise team to conduct physical counts of products to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Monitor and measure receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers to service parts.
• Oversee the supplying of materials to fabrication and stages material for assembly and sub-assembly. Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Monitor the unloading of all materials into the receiving department
• Ensure materials are staged for counting and inspection; ensure receiving reports accurately report material received.
• Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. Monitor the flow of paperwork from receiving to inventory control for timely data entry.
• Oversee the movement of material from receiving to the warehouse in an efficient, effective and safe manner.
• Monitor and measure receiving and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving reporting, movement and storage of material, and transfers to service parts.

Required

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Follow the safety Do’s and Don’ts, be mindful of yourself and others, and stay safe
• 1-2 years of people management experience
• 2+ years of a combination of Warehouse and Inventory related experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to build a high performing team
• Role model of TransPak culture and operating procedures
• Demonstrated attention to detail, deadline-driven, continuous improvement behaviors
• Bilingual: English and Spanish Desired
