Job summary

TransPak in Oregon is seeking a Warehouse Attendant / Driver Box Trucks (When needed) to perform daily warehouse functions, pick/deliver orders, and support QC and inventory teams.

You will maintain crate accuracy, log jobs in Ops Center, and operate forklifts, power tools, and crate refurbishment processes. A valid driver’s license is required, with a team-focused approach and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in carpentry, construction, or landscaping.
• Ability to push/pull up to 75 pounds using a pallet jack or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with dimensional and electrical power tools and motorized equipment.
• Basic computer skills for logging jobs in Ops Center.
• Minimum age requirement of 23 years.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Report equipment defects or maintenance needs and follow procedures.
• Wake/perform warehouse tasks: pick, put away, deliver, cycle counts.
• Inspect wood crates, measure with tape, and label crates.
• Refurbish crates with power tools and logs in ERP software.

Role Overview

Perform daily warehouse functions including putting products away, picking and delivering orders. The Warehouse Attendant will also support our Quality Control team, Inventory Team, and perform Data Entry duties. This role is responsible for maintaining bin accuracy, organize products, and ensure timely receipt and delivery. Use crate labels and computer systems to organize inventory. Log in and out of jobs in Ops Center (ERP system) and follow production schedules. Rework and refurbish wood crates using diagrams, cut sheets, and power tools. Adhere to safety and personal protective equipment requirements. Must have a Valid Drivers License

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading
  • Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and/or pallet jacks.
• Facility Team Member
  • Report equipment defects or maintenance needs.
  • Follow all procedures and policies.
  • Work efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced production environment.
• Warehouse Functions
  • Pick orders, put products away, deliver products, and perform cycle counts.
  • Inspect wood crates for repairs or adjustments.
  • Use tape measures to ensure measurements match cut sheets.
  • Record and catalog information on crate labels.
  • Use forklifts to move and organize crates.
• Wood Crate Refurbishment and Repair
  • Repair damaged or worn parts on recycled TransPak crates.
  • Safely use power tools such as nail guns, staple guns, power drills, grinders, and hammers.
  • Use production software to track jobs.
  • Assemble bases or skids for crates, requiring crouching, kneeling, and use of heavy nail guns.
  • Apply foam to wood crates using adhesives.
