Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, ensure safe and efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. Qualifications

  • Forklift certification current and valid.
  • 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
  • Proficiency with WMS and basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership — Supervise warehouse associates, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.

  • Process Improvement — Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. This role is responsible for leading warehouse staff, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and ensuring all equipment—including forklifts—is operated safely and effectively. Forklift certification is required.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of materials. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, maintains strict safety and compliance standards, and ensures all material‑handling equipment—including forklifts—is operated safely and effectively. The supervisor manages workflow, monitors inventory accuracy, coordinates with vendors and logistics partners, and drives process improvements to support a high‑performing, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
