Job summary

MISA Indiana in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse floor operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety. You will coordinate workflow to support timely order fulfillment and deliveries.

You will manage receiving, picking, staging, loading, and equipment operations, work with routing and drivers, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement while training staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with safety-minded approach.
• Proficiency with warehouse equipment (manual/electric pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 200 lbs.
• Basic computer skills; inventory system experience a plus.

Responsibilities
