Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Qualifications
  • Education & Experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and basic computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) — certification a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
Working Conditions
