Job summary

GigaCloud Technology in Fontana, CA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to support hiring and training, manage physical and system inventory, and ensure accuracy of shipments and transactions. The role requires English–Chinese bilingual ability and familiarity with UPS/FedEx logistics partners.

Responsibilities include staffing planning, workload assignment, and enforcing safety and operational policies while identifying process improvements. Prior experience with 3PL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with UPS and FedEx delivery services.
• Effective communication within management and teams.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese required.
• Experience with third-party logistics distributors is a plus.
