Job summary

Cainiao Group is seeking an experienced inbound operations supervisor to oversee receiving, inspection, and storage of goods at our Port Wentworth, GA facility. You will lead a small team, coordinate with warehousing and logistics, and ensure accurate inbound data in our warehouse system.

The role emphasizes process optimization, safety compliance, and timely execution with a focus on data-driven decisions and cross-department communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management.

• Maintain inventory records accuracy and ensure all inbound data is correctly recorded in the system.
• Ensure inbound operations comply with company standards and safety regulations.

2. Team Management

• Lead, train, and guide the inbound team to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Develop effective work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient team operations.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.

3. Process Optimization

• Evaluate and improve inbound processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error rates.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to safety operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize workplace incidents.
• Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 1. Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2. Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• 3. Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.
• 4. Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions.
• 6. Excellent communication skills to coordinate inbound processes across departments.
• 7. Language Requirement: English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred.
