Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter in Wisconsin. This role conducts daily and weekly cycle counts, supports recall processes, and ensures accuracy of inventory. You will help maintain FIFO rotation and support safety and quality standards across the warehouse.

Training is provided, with post-training schedules based on seniority. This position features weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 0–2 years related experience.
• Experience in inventory or warehouse environment preferred.
• Familiarity with FIFO and quality control processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts; perform annual full warehouse inventory; ensure accuracy of counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Support loss and damage programs; participate in recoup and disposition of damaged products; perform quality checks on sensitive or obsolete items.
• Ensure FIFO rotation; maintain accurate reserve pallet counts; verify put-away and transfer processes; uphold housekeeping, safety and productivity standards.
• Coordinate will call orders; collaborate with departments to maintain safety, quality and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Proudly operating as the largest McDonald's distributor worldwide (Foodservice Distribution)
• Weekly pay, based on experience
• Paid training
• Training schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm
• Post-training schedule: shift availability is assigned based on seniority guidelines

Position Responsibilities:

• The Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter conducts daily and weekly cycle counts, perform full warehouse inventory annually, and ensure accuracy and integrity of physical counts while researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process

• Support product loss and damage programs, investigate discrepancies, participate in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and perform quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items

• The Warehouse Inventory Cycle Counter ensures proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verify the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards

• Coordinate will call orders and collaborate with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency

• Other duties as assigned
