Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, administration, or related field.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations, safety standards, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to foster teamwork, maintain organized records, and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., reach trucks).
• Willingness to work extended hours, participate in physical inventory, and adapt to schedule needs.

Role: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory management, with a focus on safety and compliance.

• Ensures efficient workflow, implements process improvements, and maintains safety protocols.

• Oversees order picking, packing, and shipping, including controlled substances, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manages records related to delivery, inventory, and controlled substances in accordance with regulations.
• Coordinates delivery schedules, interacts with customers to resolve issues, and maintains high packing quality.
• Tracks attendance, manages overtime, and performs related duties as assigned.
