What You'll Do

• Maintain daily production sheets and reports
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures
• Establish and monitor security procedures to safeguard warehouse contents
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and data reconciliation
• Maintain warehouse physical condition by planning layouts, inspecting equipment, and issuing repair work orders
• Manage financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances
• Ensure operational requirements are met by scheduling staff and following up on results
• Coach, counsel, and discipline warehouse staff to maintain performance standards
• Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management
• Experience with budgeting, safety management, process development, surveillance, inventory control, reporting, equipment maintenance, and judgment exercise
• Ability to manage personnel and ensure safety and quality standards
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
