Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Crown Point, Indiana for an evening shift. You will verify incoming materials in Oracle, process transactions, and maintain accurate records to support inventory control.

You will monitor system updates, conduct stock checks, resolve discrepancies, and drive continuous improvements using Plan-Do-Check-Act. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in warehousing, Oracle/MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical, customer-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in materials.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions including returns, exchanges and transfers.

What You Will Do

• System Updates: Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit’s commercial requirements.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
• Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track critical raw materials and products and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.
