• Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
• Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year in materials or warehouse role, with experience doing cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to identify issues, gather data, and develop well‑documented solutions.
• Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.
