Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Vendor Compliance Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH. This role oversees auditing and unloading functions, leading a team of associates to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The position supports site management to maintain safe, efficient operations and drive area improvements. The job requires supervising auditors and unloaders, monitoring loads, and communicating performance metrics daily with site leadership.

• Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Communicate and monitor performance metrics.
• Assign workload to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership daily.
• Validate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facility.
• All aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance Manager.
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management.

2nd Shift: 12 pm - Until finished Tuesday - Saturday
