Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Vendor Compliance Supervisor in Bluffton, IN. The role oversees auditing and unloading activities, ensuring compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 10:30am-6:30pm, with scheduling flexibility requested to meet operational needs.

The position requires supervising a team of auditors and unloaders, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with site management to improve efficiency and safety across the operation.

• Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Communicate and monitor performance metrics with site leadership daily.
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor load counts and volume daily to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Communicate violations and overall metrics with site leadership daily.
• Validate violations prior to allowing loads to leave the facility.
• All aspects of associate management including recruiting, training, ongoing coaching, and corrective action as needed in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance Manager.
• Identify and recommend areas for improvement to the site management.
