Responsibilities

• Monitor load counts and staffing levels daily.
• Communicate and monitor performance metrics.
• Assign workload to ensure efficiency.
• Communicate violations and metrics with site leadership daily.
• Validate violations before loads leave the facility.
• Manage associates including recruiting, coaching, and corrective actions with the Vendor Compliance Manager.
• Identify and recommend improvements to site management.
