Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Chicago, IL. You will plan daily manpower, lead safety-focused shifts, and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure productivity and reliability.

This role requires strong training, SOP adherence, and data-driven oversight of personnel and equipment. The position emphasizes ongoing supervision, workflow optimization, and participation in cross-functional projects within a large distribution operation.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
