Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and storage, while ensuring safety and efficiency. You will assign tasks, monitor productivity, and train associates to meet quality standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years in warehouse distribution with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong communication and MS Office/WMS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably three years of warehouse distribution experience and at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities within assigned areas, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Schedule and assign work to maintain productivity, accuracy, and customer service standards.
• Maintain warehouse KPIs, ensure compliance with safety and governmental regulations, and oversee cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Address work-related injuries, participate in investigations, and promote safety awareness.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate updates, and manage staffing, training, and performance development.
• Assist with labor agreement administration and perform additional duties as needed.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Must frequently sit, walk, stand, lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, and operate in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
