Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a full-time warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shift meetings and assign duties to ensure safe, efficient operations. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with 0–1 year of people leadership or 5+ years with 2–3 years of leadership.

The position offers evening shift (3pm-12:30am) with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, PTO and education reimbursement. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity goals are met.
• Manage work flows efficiently.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
