Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Bakersfield is seeking a warehouse leader to plan daily manpower for the current day and week, with an evening shift from 3pm to 12:30am. This full-time role offers Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement, and a target bonus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week with minimal overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
