Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC in Washington is seeking operations team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This full-time, on-site role offers weekly pay, bonus opportunities, and a robust benefits package.

Typical shift is Monday–Thursday 6:00am–2:30pm and Friday 6:00am–10:30am, with overtime as needed. DailyPay and career advancement opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be open to driving a box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Forklift/MHE certification welcomed.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders as part of our Commissary team.
• Build, staging, and load pallet orders on forklifts and material handling equipment to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Be open to traveling to 2 sites (Kent and Seattle for vending purposes).
• Manage inventory, count products and correct discrepancies.
• Use WMS and other technology to deliver orders via scan guns and tablets.

About This Position

• Weekly production/attendance bonus of $125
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 10:30am (overtime as needed typically on Friday's)

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from your first day.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. Also, you can specialize in a specific area.

The facility is a operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Must be open to traveling to 2 sites (Kent and Seattle for Vending Purposes and driving a box truck)
• Manage inventory in a environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be open to driving a box truck
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
