Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment. This on-site role offers stable hours, cross-training opportunities, and a path to career growth while supporting essential operations for multiple businesses.

Schedule: Mon-Thu, 6:00am–6:00pm. You will work onsite and report to the Operations Manager. Benefits include PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health coverage for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent training/experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through mobile scan guns and other equipment.
• Take pride in keeping a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

About This Position

Schedule: Monday - Thursday

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
