Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and verify orders.
• Perform inventory management and stocktaking activities.
• Process RTV and production-related system transactions.
• Place parts and goods in designated locations using pallet jacks.
• Conduct daily cleaning to maintain a safe workspace.
• Dismantle, discard, or recycle materials per regulations.
• Assist logistics team with receipt and delivery of goods.
• Support other departments during idle time.
• Operate equipment safely as needed.

Job description

Warehouse and logistics operations: managing inbound and outbound shipments, order verification and inventory management, stocktaking, and storage location management. Accurately and timely picking goods, handling product packaging and labeling, and processing outbound orders.

Processing system transactions for production and Return to Vendor (RTV) orders.

Supporting monthly and annual physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Accurately placing parts and goods in designated locations (using manual pallet jacks or other relevant equipment).

Performing daily cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and warehouse.

Dismantling, discarding, or recycling materials in compliance with regulations and customer requirements.

Learning to operate equipment safely as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Assisting the logistics team with the receipt and delivery of goods, and handling other tasks assigned by supervisors as required.

Willing to support other departments during idle time

Familarity with basic computer operatatons

Must be able to independently lift and carry loads of 40lbs to 60lbs

Stong communication and teamwork skills, along with good time management abilities

Forklift operation and warehouse experience preferred
