Job summary

AMAX is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, from receipt through production and shipment, ensuring customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.

You will identify material shortages, manage supply risks, and act as an operational liaison with customers, coordinating requests, delivery expectations, and issue resolution. Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and project-management skills are essential.
• Experience with dashboards, capacity analyses, and business cases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from receipt to production and shipment to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Identify and proactively manage material shortages and supply risks.
• Coordinate with customers, respond to requests, and resolve issues.
• Monitor fulfillment performance and communicate risks with clear status and recovery plans.
• Develop operational quotes, CAPEX proposals and business cases for manufacturing improvements.
• Prepare customer and management presentations translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive improvements using KPIs and cross-functional collaboration to improve fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PM/Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering to address schedule delays and capacity issues.
• Coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders to resolve shortages and bottlenecks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Manage end-to-end customer orderfulfillment, monitoring orders fromreceipt through productionand shipment toensure customer requirementsand delivery commitmentsare met.
• Identify and proactively manage material shortages and supply risksthat may impact productionor customer delivery.
• Serve as anoperational liaison withcustomers, coordinating customerrequests, requirements,delivery expectations, andissue resolution.
• Monitor and communicate fulfillment performance and risks, providing management with clear status, priorities, escalation, and recovery plans.
• Develop Operational quotes, CAPEX proposals and business casesfor manufacturing flow/footprint, facility expansion, and capacityimprovements, includingcost, capacity assessment.
• Prepare customer and management presentations and business reviews, translating operational dataand analysis intoclear PowerPoint presentationsand recommendations.
• Drive operational improvements and issue resolution, using data, KPIs, and cross-functional collaborationto improve fulfillment, capacity utilization,and customer satisfaction.
• Work with functional teams (PM/Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and etc.) and come up with action plan when issues arise (schedule delay, shortages, failures, technical issues, etc.), which may impact on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders to review and resolve material shortages, production bottlenecks, and logistics constraints impacting on-time delivery
• Perform all other duties, as assigned
• Bachelor's degree inIndustrial Engineering,Supply Chain, OperationsManagement, ManufacturingEngineering, or relatedfield with 1-3 years ofexperience in amanufacturing or operationsenvironment.
• Strong analyticaland project-managementskills with demonstratedexperience managing end-to-end orderfulfillment, identifyingmaterial and supplyrisks, and coordinatingcross-functional resolution.Proficient with MS Office Suite; experience with MES and ERP systems preferred.
• Must be proficientin Excel andPowerPoint and haveexperience developing operationaldashboards, capacity analyses, business cases, andcustomer presentations.Experience with Visio/facility layout, ERP/MRP systems, CAPEXanalysis, and manufacturingcapacity planning ishighly desirable.
