Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods at our Redmond, WA site.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment while adhering to SOPs and safety standards. Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse operations required
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication across levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive work approach
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure goods are in sellable condition and match order
• Picks, Packs and labels product based on established standards
• Follow SOPs to ensure consistent and compliant operations
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and SAP/WMS transactions
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention
• Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards
