Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp. seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate for our Seattle site. You will support daily operations for raw materials and finished goods, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and can operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality. Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations required.
• Experience with SAP, WMS or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit each shipment prior to packing to ensure goods are sellable and match orders.
• Picks, packs and labels products per established standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments including SAP/WMS transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and records.
