Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist for its onsite facility in Seattle, WA.

The role supports daily operations for raw materials and finished goods, with pay ranging between $26 and $30 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations required.
• Experience with SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure goods are sellable and match order.
• Picks, packs and labels product based on standards.
• Follow SOPs to ensure compliant operations.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, including SAP/WMS transactions.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and record retention.
