Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound/outbound materials, locate items in the warehouse, and prepare orders for shipping. You will use RF scanning equipment and basic PC tools to complete transactions accurately.

Responsibilities include unloading, locating materials, packing customer orders, and supporting inventory accuracy while maintaining safety and productivity at a fast pace.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
• Must be a TEAMPLAYER and able to work well in a team environment.
• Basic to intermediate PC skills; willingness to be trained.
• Forklift / Drexel license preferred (or willingness to be trained).

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound traffic and locate material within the warehouse.
• Pick & pack material for internal and customer orders; ensure 100% accuracy.
• Process outbound packages through shipping manifest stations (Clippership, UPS, FedEx).
• Kit orders per BOM and work instructions when assigned to kitting operations.
• Maintain clean packing stations and safe handling of materials.
• Support inventory transactions to maintain accuracy and assist in safety compliance.
