Job summary

Incora in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will handle receiving, put-away, picking, packing, stocking, documenting, and shipping customized orders with accuracy and speed.

You will work with RF scanning, weigh and count materials, label, and ensure safety while meeting quality standards and customer specifications. A HS diploma and 1–2 years warehousing experience are preferred; familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and ITAR/FAR compliance helps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years warehousing, inventory control and/or shipping experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in daily interactions.
• Ability to learn and use Outlook, Word, and Excel; basic ITAR/Gov't guidelines knowledge helpful.
• Must be able to meet DOT and EPA guidelines for hazardous materials transport where required.
• Experience with Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Receive material from vendors and enter data in computer.
• Count and record material to ensure accuracy.
• Pull or stock materials using RF scanning system.
• Weigh and/or hand count products per specifications.
• Label and prepare materials for shipment; return remaining product to proper locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to support accurate records.
• Complete paperwork and reconcile inventory discrepancies; ensure on-time delivery and accurate customer acceptance.
