Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inbound and outbound pallet movements using RF scanners. You will verify, count, and place pallets into correct bins, and assist with parcel and LTL order processing, while maintaining a safe, clean distribution environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in a distribution setting, and strong customer service skills. Join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and safety with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a distribution center.
• Proven customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Counts, verifies, and accurately places pallets of inbound product into correct bin locations using RF scanner.
• Counts, verifies, and accurately picks and stages pallets of outbound product at appropriate dock door using RF scanner.
• Completes all tasks in a safe and efficient manner to achieve and maintain productivity goals.
• Maintains cleanliness, order, and safety in the distribution center at all times.
• Assist with the picking and processing of parcel and/or LTL orders, which may require loading carrier’s trucks.
