Job summary

BBSI Southern California is seeking a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. You will pick orders, pack items, label shipments, and use a handheld RF scanner to fulfill lists accurately.

The role involves inventory put-away via a Warehouse Management System (WMS), cycle counts, reporting discrepancies, and operating pallet jacks in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Overtime and Saturday work may be available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good math and counting skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners.
• Pack and label products for shipment.
• Accurately fulfill orders using pick lists.
• Perform inventory put-away using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Complete cycle counts as assigned.
• Report inventory discrepancies and low stock levels.
• Operate manual pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
