Job summary

Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Sioux Falls. You will receive, pick, pack, and ship orders, assist with unloading, and help with inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, cut wire, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates are physically capable, comfortable with lifting up to 50 pounds, and proficient with basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack, and wire cutting machine.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders ranging from small boxes to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and equipment like hand trucks and forklifts.
• Receive, check in and store inventory safely while ensuring quality and quantity.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate equipment.
• Sweep floors and keep the warehouse tidy and safe.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
