Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Sparks, NV to perform a variety of material handling duties, inventory, and shipping tasks. You will load/unload trucks, process inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain organized stock levels in a safety-sensitive environment.

The role requires 18+ with a valid driver’s license for occasional deliveries, forklift certification, and the ability to stand for long periods while performing repetitive warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong math skills for measurement and inventory control.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer’s trucks and ensure loads are secured.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, inventory checks, restock and label vendor products.
• Receive inbound material, process shipments, stock material, and handle returns as needed.
• Cycle count inventory and organize storage with easy access.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers; maintain facility cleanliness.
