Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building products, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join its Sparks, NV team. You will handle loads, inbound/outbound shipments, inventory checks, order fulfillment and daily cycle counts while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role requiring forklift certification, ability to stand 8–10 hours, and a valid driver’s license if you operate a vehicle for the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Forklift certification required.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Load in/load out activities, material handling, inventory, receiving and shipping.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Cycle counts and stock checks; restock and label vendor product.
• Maintain displays and organize materials; ensure loads are secure.
