Bay Insulation Supply of Reno Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Sparks, NV. This role involves receiving and shipping, verifying quantities, and assisting with deliveries to job sites or client offices.

A clean safety record and the ability to operate a forklift are essential. Candidates should have at least one year in a warehouse setting and a valid straight truck driving background, with DOT medical card requirements to maintain employment.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• One-year verifiable experience driving a straight truck.
• Ability to pass Driver Background Check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a med card.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensures accurate inventory by verifying material counts.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols.
• Safely deliver material to job site or customer’s office.
• Safely operate forklift.
