Job summary

Impact Property Solutions in Sparks, NV is hiring a Warehouse Associate I to support loading, shipping, and daily warehouse operations. The role involves reading orders, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate distribution of materials for installers.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and preferably 1 year of warehouse experience; knowledge of RFMS and flooring industry terms is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• 1-year experience in warehouse work environment preferred.
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving, loading & unloading trucks, and scheduling freight carriers to pick up and deliver freight.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
• Fill sales orders, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to shipping or to designated assembly area.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Weigh and count items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness/cleanliness at all times.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Gather and position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
