Job summary

SPI - Specialty Products & Insulation is hiring a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. Our warehouse team plays a vital role in daily operations, ensuring loads are secured and stock is kept orderly.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a forklift or pallet jack, using a handheld scanner, and performing cycle counts. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and able to operate at height or in aisles.
• Ability to use handheld scanning unit for inventory transactions.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and report stock wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are secured to minimize damage during transport.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
