Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in a fast-paced environment. The role includes operating a forklift/pallet jack, cycle counting, and securing loads to minimize damage.

Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, basic math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. Forklift certification is preferred but not required; local travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory and report wear or defects.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage.
• Stand and perform duties for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
