Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Mesa, AZ to perform a variety of material handling duties including loading and unloading trucks, inventory, receiving and shipping activities. You will ensure compliance with policy, stock checks, and safe handling of materials.

The role may involve occasional deliveries to job sites or customers and requires forklift certification and strong math skills. The position is safety-sensitive and involves standing for long periods, with local travel up to

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license if operating a company vehicle.
Forklift certification is required.
Strong math skills required.
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

Load and unload installer trucks; enforce Load In / Load Out policies.
Pull/assemble customer orders and verify outbound orders for accuracy.
Perform inventory checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays.
Move, store, and replenish material; conduct daily cycle counts.
Receive and inspect inbound material; process shipments and returns; report damaged freight.
Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
