Job summary

Trulieve in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse stock, orders, and shipments. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and assist with logistics across facilities.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety rules. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18 in CT, PA, WV).
• Must complete a background screening.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must meet MVR standards via SAMBA Safety or similar.

Responsibilities

• Transport products between Trulieve facilities in the area.
• Inventory management and accuracy.
• Receiving and shipping functions.
• Load/unload vehicles and prepare transportation manifests per DOH regulations.
• Follow routes and maintain time schedules.
• Prepare orders and logs/reports.
• Comply with DOT/OSHA safety standards.
• Operate heavy equipment including forklift, pallet jack, walking stacker.
