Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Fayetteville, NC to perform material handling, loading and unloading installer trucks, inventory, receiving and shipping. You will follow company policies and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.

This safety-sensitive role requires forklift certification, a valid driver's license if operating company vehicles, and the ability to stand for 8–10 hours. Expect local travel up to 25% and opportunities for competitive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to stand 8–10 hours

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installer trucks and follow load in/load out policies.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, verify outbound shipments, inventory stock checks.
• Receive inbound material, process shipments, stock material and report damaged shipments.
• Cycle count inventory and keep facility clean and organized.
• Make occasional deliveries to job sites or customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned
