Job summary

TruTeam in Wilson, NC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to perform a variety of material handling duties in our warehouse. You will load and unload installers’ trucks, manage inventory, receive and ship orders, and keep the facility organized and safe.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, forklift certification, strong math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods. You may occasionally make local deliveries and participate in cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Strong math skills are required.
• Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours; physical tasks involved.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload installers’ trucks and ensure loads are secured.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, inventory checks, restock and labeling.
• Receive inbound shipments, process returns, and notify management of damaged goods.
