Job summary

Safelite Group in Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to prepare our glass for distribution and keep pace with strict shipping timelines, ensuring the right parts reach the right field teams to serve customers.

You'll operate MHE like forklifts and order pickers, scan inventory with handheld RF scanners, and maintain a safe, clean work area. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience operating MHE such as forklift, order picker or reach truck.
• Weight limit of 300 pounds for operating order picker.
• Lift and move objects weighing 35–50 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in varying environmental conditions (heat/cold).
• Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude with focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one piece of MHE to move materials.
• Handle pallet breakdown and dunnage preparation.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Build steel pallets and prepare for replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
