Job summary

Safelite in Birmingham, AL is hiring a Warehouse Associate III to prepare glass for distribution to field operation teams. You will operate MHE, including forklifts and reach trucks, and pick glass orders using RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with MHE equipment including order picker, forklift and reach truck.
• Strong preference for order picker experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates and will be certified on all MHE including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers up to 40 feet.
• Use RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory; focus on glass orders.
• Occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass and parts to store locations.
• Adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
• Assist with offloading trailers by hand or forklift.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area.
