Safelite Group in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to prepare glass products for distribution and to support rapid, accurate shipments to field teams. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment designed to meet tight deadlines.

You’ll operate equipment like forklifts or order pickers, handle pallets, scan inventory with RF devices, perform routine housekeeping, and assist with trailer offloads.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker or reach truck.
• Weight limit for order picker operations: under 300 pounds.
• Ability to lift 35–50 pounds occasionally; repetitive movement.
• Comfortable in varying environmental conditions and long shifts.
• Punctual and consistent with attendance.
• Positive attitude and focus on service.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (e.g., forklift, order picker) up to 40 feet high.
• Engage in daily warehousing tasks like pallet breakdown and dunnage prep.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory.
• Follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area through housekeeping.
• Build steel pallets and prepare them for replenishment.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
