Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Lakeville, MA to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in a fast-paced facility. Responsibilities include operating a forklift/pallet jack, cycle counting, and ensuring loads are secure while inspecting for damage.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and basic math. Forklift certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license may be required for company-related travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a Company vehicle.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inventory safely.
• Receive, store and distribute inventory; cycle count items.
• Inspect stock for wear or defects and report to supervision.
• Secure loads to minimize damage and ensure proper containment.
• Stand and perform duties for up to 12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
