Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, CA to support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, scanning, and processing customer orders. Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments with order pulling, packing, and processing.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and sustain physical work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive information and documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English communication with customers and coworkers.
• Basic reading/writing and basic PC usage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stock customer boxes and items accurately per work orders.
• Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items for accurate tracking and inventory control.
• Process work orders from start to finish, ensuring steps are completed on time.
• Handle rush deliveries by prioritizing and processing urgent orders.
• Safeguard sensitive information while handling customer materials and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete large or complex orders.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines during heavy physical work.
• Use a PC to access, review, and update order and inventory data.
• Prepare to transition into a driver role over time, learning related processes.
