Job summary

Aero Fulfillment Services is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate / Order Picker for our Fairfield, OH facility. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and weekend shifts.

The role requires accuracy in counting and separating products, and relies on RF unit operation in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should show reliability, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Reports To: The Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview: Aero Fulfillment Services has an opening at our Fairfield warehouse for full time order pickers. This position will be from 8AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, but candidates must also be open to working overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Fosters a proactive, participative, cooperative work environment that has a customer-first attitude

• Continually looking for ways to improve efficiencies and procedures
• Handles customer materials with a quality attitude
