Job summary

Aero Fulfillment Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Order Picker for our Fairfield warehouse. This full-time role runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work as needed.

The position emphasizes a customer-first mindset and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution setting. Key responsibilities include accurate counting and sorting of products, operating RF units, and maintaining high attendance and quality standards.

Position Overview: Aero Fulfillment Services has an opening at our Fairfield warehouse for full time order pickers. This position will be from 8AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, but candidates must also be open to working overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Fosters a proactive, participative, cooperative work environment that has a customer-first attitude
