Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Logistics Associate for our Fremont, CA site. This contract-to-hire role supports daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control, in a fast-paced solar and general labor environment.

You will use RF scanners, pallet jacks, and basic computer systems to record movements, maintain accuracy, and help the team meet daily goals. Safety and reliability are essential in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse picking, packing or inventory role is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic to meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to order requirements for shipment.
• Pack customer orders securely and efficiently.
• Apply labels, shipping documents, and product tags.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts; report discrepancies promptly.
